最近有好多事情做。。。。感觉好久都没装饰蛋糕了,王子的朋友都在八月份生日。
王子和朋友要给他们一个惊喜,临时要我做两个蛋糕。说来还真汗颜。
赶紧上网找食谱,不知道要做哪款好,选择太多了,最后决定用《好吃的蛋糕》里的Cappuccino mousse cake。
王子的朋友是超级球迷,本来想好了要做一个美美的足球蛋糕,
Ingredients;coffee chiffon
A;135egg yolks,100g Corn oil,100ml water,1tbsp instant coffee powder,150g Superfine flour,1tsp Baking powder
B;160 egg whites,150caster sugar ,cream of tartar.
Mousse;
C;4egg yolks,150g sugar 15g instant coffee powder
D;20G gelatine(dissolved in 60ml water)
Decoration
250whipping cream(whipped)
Strawberries
另一款是巧克力慕斯,这一次的鲜奶油打发的很成功,但是抹上鲜奶油时就一直抹得不平滑,就后只好放弃。挤好花后,发现挤的不好越弄越难看,气死我了。。

用草莓做装饰,遮住抹不平滑的地方,哈哈哈!
虽然蛋糕没有做得很细致漂亮,可是我已经很满意了,王子的朋友都说很好吃,我己很开心了!

B:30g Cocoa powder(150 dark chocolate chopped)
C:90ml water
D:60g superfine flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
E:6 egg yolks
F:225g egg whites,95g sugar,cream tartar
Chocolate Mousse cream
350 g whipping cream
20g cocoa powder
1tsp instant coffee powder
1tsp gelatine(dissolved in water 2 tbsps water)
some strawberries for decoration
