糖醋排骨

This is a dish that usually i like to ordered when we take meals in one of the Chinese restaurant in SG..Actually it is quite simple to cook this dish at home,and the taste is very similar to糖醋排骨 that serve in outside Chinese restaurants. Feel free to try it out !! it is super yummy!!

Marinate pork ribs with:- 
-Light soy sauce
-Pepper
-Sugar
-Chinese wine
-. five-spice powder
- sesame oil
-Corn starch/Tapioca flour
           2  tbsp sugar
           2 tbsp vinegar
           
Steps:-
  1. Coat marinated pork ribs with Tapioca flour and deep fried till golden brown.
  2. Heat oil in a wok, chopped garlic, add in Thai酸甜酱sauce and followed by fried pork ribs. 
  3. Dish out and serve hot.
