Marinate pork ribs with:-
-Light soy sauce
-. five-spice powder
- sesame oil
-Corn starch/Tapioca flour2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
- Coat marinated pork ribs with Tapioca flour and deep fried till golden brown.
- Heat oil in a wok, chopped garlic, add in Thai酸甜酱sauce and followed by fried pork ribs.
- Dish out and serve hot.
