X`mas Cookies~德式酥饼~

A)150g Butter
     60g icing sugar
b)100g potato flour
     50g cornflour
     80g plain flour
     (1egg yolk for glazing)
Some silver pink candied for toppings.
1)Place ingredient A in a mixer and beat until fluffy.Add in ingredient B and fold to form a soft dough.
2)Take dough of no.(1)and place between sheets of plastic.Roll out flat,stamp designs with cookie cutter whichhas been stained with some flour.Arrange cookies on lined baking tray.Glaze surfaces and imprint decoration on top.
3)Bake no(2 )in preheated oven at 180C for 15-20min.Remove cookies and cool before storage.
