Pumpkin Cake



" Wow , this is nice ! " and i fell in love with this delicious dessert, a simple Thai style of dessert which is full of nutritious.!This is too easy to cook, thus no recipe need to be provided.Just add pumpkin pieces in a big pot of water,cook for about 30mins over medium flame and add sweet corn to taste.
After i success baked sponge cake, I prefer to use the same recipe to bake other flavour of sponge cake.This time, i tried with pumkin cake.The cake is very moist and soft, must give it a try....
(A)
4 egg whites
corn flour 10g
50gm sugar

(B)
4 egg yolks
50gm pumpkin puree
50ml milk
50ml Corn oil
85gm flour

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 175C
2. Combine pumpkin puree with milk. Then add in egg yolks and oil. Mix till well blended and put in flour ad mix til smooth.
3. Put egg whites into another bowl and beat until frothy. Put in corn flour and continue to beat until soft peaks. Put in sugar and beat until stiff
4. Fold 1/3 of egg whites into (B) . Pour (B) into remaining egg whites and fold.
5. Pour into a 8 inch lined pan
6. bake for 30 minutes.
