巧克力奶油蛋糕

这个蛋糕是特别为我最好的朋友烤的...我非常喜欢这个蛋糕的颜色.说说这个瑞典朋友.她是我在瑞典认识的第一朋友,她很漂亮和友善.她嫁给一个瑞典人生两个帅气的男孩.并在两年前举行了婚宴不要觉得怪异,其实在瑞典一旦生活在一起就是男女朋友称呼,一旦结婚就称呼对方丈夫或妻子..不是所有的瑞典人会举行了婚宴的.其实只要他们彼此相爱结不结婚对他们来说是并不重要的.这就是瑞典的人的想法.
我很高兴她很喜欢,我特别为她做的蛋糕 ,并希望她幸福,快乐!

Colour of Autumn in Sweden

在我的眼中秋天总是如此美丽;秋是美丽的当你看着红色和黄色落叶慢慢落在地面上...那种感觉是如此美丽的...秋;夜长日短.这最后一个秋我必须采取一些黄色的落叶回到新加坡做为回忆..........
The leaves are now brown on the deciduous trees
And there is a coolness in the afternoon breeze
It rained for a couple of hours overnight
And everywhere looks so fresh in the Autumn sunlight
Late Autumn it can be a nice time of year
Not warm or cold though the Winter is near
Without biting flying insects one can sleep safe and sound
In bedroom no buzzing mosquitoes around
The flowers of the Autumn have gone to decay
And the calendar Winter just nine sleeps away
Yet last night in the moonlight the magpies did sing
And each passing day one day nearer to Spring
And in the afternoon sunshine aided by the cool breeze
The brown leaves are falling from their mother trees.

Soccer Ball cake

I made this Soccer Ball cake to surprise Jen son nick,whom is a hardcore Liverpool fan. this was meant to be a surprise cake for him :D HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Cake;

Whole egg 203g
Egg yolk 32g, fine sugar 135g, syrup 21g, salt 1g, salad oil 32g, cocoa powder 21g, low-gluten flour 106g, baking soda powder 1g, milk 21cc

Ingredients:Buttert cream;
200 gm. Sugar
60 gm. water

140 gm. egg white

300 gm. butter
300 gm. Margarine
Method:
(1) Boil sugar and water till thick but flowy.
(2) Whisk egg white till fluffy, then pour in the hot syrup.
(3) Continue whisking the egg white till cool.
(4) Slowly add in the chilled butter and margarine and let it beat till thick and fluffy.

 

Cake pops

Hey just made some cake pops.really fun and adorable! & nice to eat~ ;) think the kids will be thrilled to receive them...Get the idea from Jane and few tutorial videos from YouTube.

Pumpkin Cake

" Wow , this is nice ! " and i fell in love with this delicious dessert, a simple Thai style of dessert which is full of nutritious.!This is too easy to cook, thus no recipe need to be provided.Just add pumpkin pieces in a big pot of water,cook for about 30mins over medium flame and add sweet corn to taste.

After i success baked sponge cake, I prefer to use the same recipe to bake other flavour of sponge cake.This time, i tried with pumkin cake.The cake is very moist and soft, must give it a try....

(A)

4 egg whites
corn flour 10g

50gm sugar

(B)

4 egg yolks

50gm pumpkin puree

50ml milk

50ml Corn oil

85gm flour

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 175C
2. Combine pumpkin puree with milk. Then add in egg yolks and oil. Mix till well blended and put in flour ad mix til smooth.
3. Put egg whites into another bowl and beat until frothy. Put in corn flour and continue to beat until soft peaks. Put in sugar and beat until stiff
4. Fold 1/3 of egg whites into (B) . Pour (B) into remaining egg whites and fold.
5. Pour into a 8 inch lined pan
6. bake for 30 minutes.
