九层糕(kuih lapis)

500g Tapioca flour
180g Rice flour
800ml coconut milk
500/400g sugar
560/750 Warm Water
Fews drop of food colouring (5colours)
1)Combine all ingredients except food colouring.stir till mixture is smooth.
2)Divide batter into 5 portions.stir in a fews drops of different food colour to each portion to get 5 different colours of batter.
3)Grease baking tin and line with greaseproof paper. place baking tin in steam for 5minutes .pour in the first colour batter to steamer and steam for 8minutes
4)Repeat the layering and steaming with a different colour of batter for each layer.After pouring in the last layer,steam for 15 minutes to cook through.Remove and let cool..Cut serving pieces.
